I just love the 3 Christmas card ideas I have to share today!
Today’s projects are sneak peeks of the November 2020 Simple Suite Stampers Tutorial Bundle. I’ll be showing my design for the tutorial bundle plus, I’ve made my own versions of two of the other designer’s projects using the products I had on hand. I hope you’re going to love these 3 Christmas card ideas.
The Simple Suite Stamper’s Tutorial bundle typically features a specific suite, however, design team members can also choose to use products from a range of pages in the mini catalog.
This month the variety of products used is more varied than usual making this a super fun set of tutorials.
This first project is my “redo” of design team member Vicki Parsons card.
She used the Poinsettia Place product suite to make an absolutely gorgeous card. Since I didn’t have the products she used I used the In The Pines Bundle instead. I showed a photo of her card in my video at the end of this post.

I’ve die cut three trees from the Pine Woods dies and attached them to a gold foil die-cut circle, using dimensionals for two out of the three. I used the same large stitched shapes circle die for the “snow” at the bottom.

I also used one of the edge dies from the Pine Woods dies to cut off the edge for my “snow”.

Last but not least the snowy edge was colored with clear Wink of Stella for some extra shimmer and shine!

Check out the complete supply list for this project at the end of this post!

This next fun fold project is my “redo” of design team member Chris Cowan’s card.
Now Chris made a beautiful card with the Brightly Gleaming designer paper and the Tree Angle Stamp Set. (Again, I shared a photo of her card in my video). Now I could have made her card exactly as designed but I really wanted to use some new products including the red and green foil card stock and the red velvet card stock.
Check out this unique fun fold card!

I’ve used three different embossing folders for this card, plus, the red velvet paper, so there’s tons of texture on this card not to speak of shine!

I didn’t have a star shape for the top of my tree so I got creative. The circle is punched out of a piece of gold brushed metallic cardstock and there’s a Wonderful Gem with gold flecks on it. I’ve also added a bunch of Red Rhinestone Gems to “bling up” the tree. The tree trunk is die-cut with one of the small triangles from the Stitched Triangles dies using gold brushed metallic cardstock.

For all the details about how to put this card together make sure to check out my video at the end of this post!

Now I did make a second simpler version of this card. The card you see below is the one I made during my Facebook Live video.

Which card do you prefer, the “blinged up” version or the simpler version?

The last of my 3 Christmas card ideas is my contribution to the Simple Suite Stamper’s Tutorial Bundle.
For my project, I’m featuring the Tree Angle Stamp Set and Stitched Triangles dies. I’ve also used the gorgeous Red Velvet card stock in the holiday mini catalog.

So if you follow what I create you know that I love dimension in my projects!
As you may be able to tell my trees are popped up on dimensionals but what might not be obvious is that some are popped up higher than others. Check out the photo below to see what I did.

Another element that I love on this card is the addition of the red gems. These actually are from the Wonderful Gem embellishment pack and have little flecks of sparkle making them so pretty! Here’s a close up of these gorgeous gems:

This close up is intended to show the Red Velvet paper. I wish you could feel this card stock in real life. It’s so pretty and a wonderful textural addition to my card. This photo also shows a close-up of the Garden Green dry embossed piece which is made with the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder.

So here’s my finished card and…

…here’s a second version where I changed the placement of the Red Velvet paper and dry embossed garden green card stock.

Here’s my pair of cards side by side:

I hope you enjoyed seeing my 3 Christmas card ideas!
These were all so much fun to create! To learn more about how to make these cards make sure to check out my video at the end of this post. Plus, you’ll find a complete supply list there too. I have not included dimensions since this tutorial bundle is an exclusive offering.
