I’ve made three versions of my Corner Bouquet Sunrise Cards. This first card was made using the Corner Bouquet Stamp Set which is available as a FREE item with a $50 merchandise order during Sale-A-Bration.
I’ve also used the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set which is a new item in the January to June 2021 mini-catalog. I love this versatile new sentiment set!
All three of my cards, use masking to create my scene plus I’ve used either sponges OR the NEW Blending Brushes to apply my colors.
For this first one, I used sponges to apply all my colors.
On this next card, I used my NEW Blending Brushes to apply my color.
Can you see a difference between the sponged colors vs the color applied with the Blending Brushes?
In case it’s not obvious, the colors in this second version are smoother and more blended. There’s simply less graininess to the ink in this card made with the Blending Brushes. Isn’t it so pretty!

I did make two versions of my Portrait orientation card. The one on the left was made with Blending Brushes and the one on the right was made with sponges. For these cards I’ve used the two Sale-A-Bration stamp sets you see shown in the photo ahead. You can get the Corner Bouquet Stamp Set for FREE with a merchandise order of $50 or more. Last but not least, I used a torn piece of art masking tape, a sponge, and my Jet Black StazOn to create my horizon line. In my video, at the end of this post, I showed how to make this card from beginning to end. Make sure to check out my video for all the details, tips, and tricks.
