Today’s elegant card design was made with the To A Wild Rose Stamp Set, a new item in the Stampin’ Up! 2019 – 2020 Annual Catalog. A DIY stamp pad was used, plus several other techniques too.
The project I’m sharing today was shared during my On Stage Local presentation in Charlotte, NC. It is one of my favorite designs made with the To A Wild Rose stamps set and so I just had to share it as a Make n’ Take at a team gathering. What do you think of my elegant card design?

This is one of those cards that uses multiple techniques, or building blocks, to produce the final result.
It took about 7 or more steps to make the focal piece for this elegant card design. For all the details check out my video tutorial just ahead.

I’ve used 2-Step Stamping to create the rose on this card.
The To A Wild Rose stamp set is a 2-Step Stamping Set, which essentially means you’re using more than one stamp, to create one final image. There are, in fact, three stamps in this stamp set, just to create the Rose. I’ve only used two of the images for this card.
Check out the mini tutorial here, for some easy alignment tips, for multi-step stamping.

The To A Wild Rose stamp set will be available starting on June 4, 2019, with the launch of the NEW 2019 – 2020 Annual Catalog.
This set can also be purchased as a bundle with the Wild Rose Dies you see in the photo below. You save 10% when you buy these products as a bundle.

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s elegant card design. You’ll find a complete supply list, project dimensions and my video tutorial with most of the details, just ahead.
One thing that’s NOT included in the video tutorial are the details for how to make a DIY ink pad which I used for stamping the rose image in my card.

Thanks so much for spending some time with me today and Happy Crafting!
