Today’s fun fold card was one of the make-n’-takes at my team gathering. I just love this cute shirt card layout and it’s very easy to make too!
For this fun fold card, we used the Classic Garage designer series paper which will be retiring when the 2018 – 2019 catalog expires on June 3, 2019. The Classic Garage product suite is also the focus of the May 2019 Simple Suite Stampers Tutorial bundle which goes live TODAY!

Here’s the first version of my card:
There’s an inside “shirt” piece that pulls out and opens up.
I made two versions of this card which you’ll see below. Here are a few details:
- For the card on the left, I’ve used a piece of Crushed Curry cardstock with a piece of So Saffron cardstock for the inside, so there would be a place to write a note.
- The inside piece for the card on the right is made with Tranquil Tide cardstock (a retiring 2017 – 2019 InColor) with a Smoky Slate layer.
- The Crushed Curry and Tranquil Tide “collars” both stand up a bit since they can’t be attached down. The other “collar” pieces are attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
While I really like the card on the right as-is, I could also see coloring in the cars, on the designer paper. I’d use the Tranquil Tide and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Write Markers, to step it up a bit. By using these colors it would match the colors in the collar too!

Each person who made this fun fold card used a different designer paper pattern which made this particularly fun. Some of the collars on these cards are not yet tacked down with dimensionals.
