Wouldn’t it be lovely if ice cream really had zero calories? LOL! Today I’ll be featuring three handmade cards with the Sweet Ice Cream Bundle.
For my first and original Sweet Ice Cream card design, my background white piece is dry embossed using the Tasteful Textile embossing folder, and the sentiment is from the Blossoms In Bloom Stamp Set.

I’ve used several retiring products plus the Ice Cream Cone builder punch from the Sweet Ice Cream bundle. My ice cream scoops were punched from the Ice Cream Corner designer series paper to create this fun rainbow of colors and I’ve added Sprinkles to each scoop for some added interest and fun! This designer paper and the sprinkles will be retiring at the end of June so you still have some time to buy these items before they’re gone.

On the other hand, there are three products used on this card, that are retiring in just a few days from now.
My ice cream bowl is made using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies and then it’s dry embossed using the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder. The old olive ribbon is attached with glue dots around the backside of the “bowl” and then I’ve tied a knot with another piece of the same ribbon. All three of these products are retiring on May 3, 2021, and they are shown below with the second version of my card!

For this next Sweet Ice Cream card, I decided to make my bowl using a Silver Foil Sheet and I added a rim to my bowl. This silver foil is retiring on 5/3 and I’m so sad!
I love how my silver metal bowl turned out with the added texture of the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder. I think the rim added a nice element to the bowl too.
Now I think of this bowl of ice cream as my bowl of fruity flavors. I’m envisioning Strawberry, Cherry, and Peach flavored ice cream scoops. Yum! My ice cream scoops are stamped with Poppy Parade and Petal Pink with full ink, and my Melon Mambo scoops were stamped with second ink. The sprinkles were stamped with full ink in all their respective colors.

For the ribbon on this card I’ve used my Dark Pale Papaya Blends Alcohol marker to color a piece of my White Crinkled Seam Binding. This ribbon is the BEST for coloring in this way! Now the Pale Papaya is one of the new 2021 – 2023 InColors. Products in these new InColors will be available for customers to purchase starting on 5/4/21! So fun!

For my card above and for the next card, I dry embossed my background panel with my all-time favorite embossing folder, the Subtle 3D embossing folder. This item is retiring as of 5/3!
Make sure to get yours before it’s gone! I’m convinced that it’s the most versatile embossing folder on the planet!
My last Sweet Ice Cream card features my dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and coffee-flavored ice cream scoops.
I LOVE my chocolate so just had to make this alternative version. The color scheme is Early Espresso, Soft Suede, and Crumb Cake. I just had to add some chocolate jimmies to this version!

For this last card, I did not dry emboss my ice cream bowl. It’s a slightly different look but still works just fine to create to look of a bowl. The ribbon around the bottom is the Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim. This is a lovely ribbon that I’ve barely used so I was very happy to find that it worked perfectly for this card.

For all three of my Sweet Ice Cream cards, I’ve attached my ice cream scoops at three different heights for some added interest.
The three in behind are attached flat onto the card. The left and right scoops in the first row are attached with one layer of Dimensionals, and the center scoop is attached with two layers of Dimensionals.
Watch my video at the end of this post for some tips on more easily assembling and positioning all the ice cream scoops.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my Sweet Ice Cream cards today!
