Welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop and July 2023 Color Challenge!

The color scheme for the July 2023 Color Challenge includes Azure Afternoon, one of the new Stampin’ Up! colors, and two additional colors from the Bolds collection, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie.
Today’s project features one of my favorite products to play with which is embossing folders. I’ve used the wonderfully detailed Painted Posies embossing folder.
I’ve used basic white cardstock, black heat embossing, and blending brushes to add my colors. I’ve used the Azure Afternoon for the sky plus some white center specialty paper in the background in the same color. This paper is on page 127 of the annual catalog.
One the bottom half I’ve used mostly the Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie ink. There are some places where it looks like I used green but I didn’t! Can you guess how I got the green in there?
The sentiment is made with the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set and the coordinating Sentiment Silhouettes Dies and it’s backed on a piece of Textured Shimmer Specialty Paper. The fibers behind the sentiment were pulled from a piece of Azure Afternoon ribbon. There are a few iridescent pearls on the sentiment and dry embossed piece as well.
