The DIY Valentine Treat Wrapper you see below is just one of several versions of my design! I’ve had so much fun making these and giving them to crafty friends. I’ve saved a few to give to my husband and daughter on Valentine’s Day. Shhhh! Don’t tell!
The color scheme of the first two versions of my DIY Valentine Treat Wrapper is Sweet Sorbet and Flirty Flamingo. I’ve used the Most Adored Designer Paper which is available for FREE with a $50 order during Sale-A-Bration. It’s the perfect paper for Valentine’s Day. This paper pack also includes some patterns that could be used for other occasions too!
For the close-up below, the sentiment is stamped in Real Red, instead of Sweet Sorbet (above) for a slightly different look.
The focal piece below was colored using Blending Brushes on one of the other patterns in the Most Adored designer paper pack.
Check out the gorgeous gold embossed images on this paper. The background was white to start. I just love how this paper looks with color added!
Shown below is a close-up of the treat wrapper in the previous photo. The sentiment is stamped in Real Red and the backing piece is also Real Red.
My favorite thing about these treat wrappers is the “magic” of how the candy bar comes out!
To get the chocolate bar out all you have to do is pull up on the ribbon and the candy bar comes up with the ribbon. It’s a fun little surprise that usually gets a few curious, inquisitive looks as people try to figure out how it works. It’s actually quite simple!

While I love the floral version above, this next one is also a favorite. This one’s a little less feminine and therefore more versatile. It’s likely the one I’ll give to my husband. 🙂
I love how you can see the bands of color on the designer paper. The colors applied here are Real Red and Flirty Flamingo.
The Heartfelt Hellos stamp set used here is so versatile. As a result, it’s one of my favorite Sale-A-Bration items!
Get this stamp set for free with a $50 purchase until February 29, 2024!
