September 2025 Color Challenge and Blog Hop

September Color Challenge

Welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop and September 2025 Color Challenge!

If you’ve already started the blog hop you should be coming from the talented Heather Thomas’s blog post. If you’ve just joined in, make sure to do the full hop and see all the wonderful projects created by the Color Fusers Design team! The color scheme for the September 2025 Color Challenge includes Garden Green, Cajun Craze, and Basic Beige. Strangely, I’ve had this Basic Beige ink pad for well over a year, and this is my first time using it on a project. I’m quite pleased with the result. I hope you like it too!

Today’s project features the Prairie Grass Stamp Set. I simply love the image used on this card!

The grass image was stamped in Jet Black StazOn on watercolor paper. Then I created a watercolored background using an acrylic block. So simple!

The sentiment here is also from the Prairie Grass stamp set.

I used a scrap piece of watercolor paper to test out how the colors would blend. I cut this scrap down to use on the inside of my card here:
